Raising the bar for women leaders
In deserts where most plants wither, the cactus somehow flourishes. Sometimes being a woman in ministry can feel like being in a desert- lots of heat and very few resources. The Holy Spirit is the Living Water you need to keep going; without Him and the Word of God, you simply will not make it. Secondary to that, God also graciously gives us each other to encourage one another and develop the next generation of women.
That is our aim.

Our mission at Watering Can Ministries is to develop the next generation of woman by encouraging one another, providing practical equipping and training, and raising the bar for women leaders in ministry.
Our Vision
Our vision is to provide practical and accessible training and Bible Studies. It is so hard to find quality training and equipping as ministry leaders, and so many women’s Bible studies are filled with fluff. Through our podcast and workshops, we aim to bring you training and equipping from a variety of knowledgable women to help you in specific areas of leadership, and our Bible Studies are anything but fluffy!
